Our Reading Museum

On Friday we transformed our room into a museum full of exhibits. The students had reading partners and over the last few weeks they learned how to read nonfiction, navigate it and become an expert on a topic by reading multiple books on the topic. Once you are an expert on a topic you have to share your knowledge with others! So, each group created posters and signs, decided what they what to share and created an exhibit to display their newly learned knowledge. We invited our buddies to come and visit our exhibits. Everyone had a great time and learned a lot of new information.
